My work combines urban research with hands-on material exploration, focusing particularly on the environmental and political implications of future cities. I am interested in understanding how we can design for changing landscapes, balancing infrastructure and experience while retaining grassroots culture.

By elevating hydroponic gardens within a widespread timber grid, this intervention redefines Thamesmead’s riverside into an evolving landscape. The community becomes the caretaker and together they cultivate food and social interaction. As sea levels rise and plants grow, the structure adapts.
Garden in the Current embodies how resilience can be both sculptural and alive, human and natural.
