This project is an institute for stone construction, arts and research combined with housing for the elderly. The institute benefits from the skills and knowledge of Mallorquin elderly, who live adjacent. By gathering elderly residents who have touched and used stone in their life, the proposal places them to teach and actively contribute to the city.
